“Senator Cory Booker has been­­­ a steadfast leader in the fight for access to clean drinking water. His authorship of the Water Infrastructure Funding Transfer Act, which was signed into law today, is a monumental step toward achieving that goal in New Jersey and across the nation. As our infrastructure ages, it is critical to have federal partners who will stand with our communities in pursuit of clean drinking water, a vital part in protecting the health and safety of all Americans. My Administration will continue to fight for clean, safe water in New Jersey, and I thank our congressional delegation for their commitment to protecting the public health of New Jersey residents.”
