Governor Murphy Announces Brianna Earle as Deputy Chief of Staff for Outreach

TRENTON – Governor Phil Murphy today announced Brianna Earle as Deputy Chief of Staff for Outreach. Earle has served as Acting Deputy Chief of Staff for Outreach since June 2022, managing relationships between the Governor's Office and labor unions, advocacy groups, houses of worship, and community leaders across New Jersey.

“Brianna has been a key player and an instrumental asset to my Administration since day one,” said Governor Murphy. “Across the state and beyond, she has built meaningful relationships that have been consequential to the success of our Administration. From collaborating with faith and community leaders to advocates and labor unions, Brianna has approached her position with empathy, compassion, and understanding. I look forward to her continued success as she works to advance affordability and opportunity for all New Jerseyans.”

Prior to her service as Deputy Chief of Staff, Earle served as Director of Public Engagement in the Governor's Office from 2018 to 2022. She previously served as Operations Director for the 2017 Democratic coordinated campaign. Before that, she served in a number of roles in policy and politics, including as a Senior Associate at Kivvit and Policy Director for New Jersey Working Families.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Earle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy and Labor Relations cum laude from Rutgers University.
